Kara's Beads was established in 2005. This is our story.
My husband and I have a mother, sister, niece, and well adored best friend that all have their birthdays one week apart in November. My husband's birthday is Nov. 16th. His brother's birthday is also in November. With Christmas just around the corner, we decided to make all the women jewelry for their birthday as well as for Christmas that year.
Our three children love to help us make unique designs. They are known for making jewelry for their family,teachers, and friends.
Our vision is to make beaded jewelry that is appealing and fun to wear! Custom orders are our specialty. That is what makes your jewelry unique and one of a kind.

Refund, Return, Replacement, And Cancellation Policies:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Notification of need to refund, replace, or return must be given to us no later than the date on which you receive your order. All shipping costs are your responsibility, including but not limited to returns, refunds, exchanges.
Replacement Policy: We understand that our jewelry may need to be replaced if it is not cared for properly. In the event that you need your jewelry replaced, please return it with a statement as to why it needs to be replaced, even if it has not been properly taken care of.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel your order, a written request must be submitted to us within 24 hours of submitting your order. Credit card charge back fees may apply.
Wedding And Other Consultations
Your first consultation will always be free. Each additional "meeting" times are subject to a $30.00 fee.
All custom jewelry orders purchased face to face,over the phone, or internet will require 1/2 of the total as a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
All custom orders require a deposit one month in advance to help expedite your order in a timely manner.
All jewelry orders once complete will need to be obtained by the purchaser within 14 days. Any jewelry items not obtained within 14 days becomes the property of Kara's Beads.
Orders for children under the age of 8:
Children under the age of 8 have the ability to swallow small objects and can create a choking hazard. Please be aware that any object that can fit into the inner diameter of a toilet tissue roll is considered a choking hazard. Always observe a child wearing any jewelry items as they can place them into their mouth creating a choking hazard. Kara's Beads is not responsible for any injuries caused by our jewelry, accessories, or beads. It is up to the purchaser to pass this information onto the receivers responsible adult if this item is to be given to a child as a gift.
Swarovski crystals are the main component of most of our jewelry items. If you are to purchase an item with Swarovski crystals for a child, keep in mind that Swarovski crystals have trace amounts of lead in them.
